Auction close: 28 April 2019 (Sunday)

Dear Collectors,

Finally, we’re ready to present to you our latest auction list full of beautiful “new” old records. With this issue, we are proud again to have many titles at start that we have never had before in any of our 15 years of auction lists. Our well-established bidding system remains the same and keep things simple for you. The highest bid wins the lot.
To maintain even chances for every bidder, no information about the current highest bids will be provided. With identical bids, the early bidder with catch the record. That way, no one will be seduced to increase a bid beyond the personal limit.

We usually check our records not only by visual grading, but also try to determine the actual playing condition. However, due to the large number of records, it is only possible to do this partially. Each side is graded individually. Critical grooves are tested by partial playing on an electric turntable fitted with a matching standard stylus. With custom shaped styli, the sound quality might be even better.

However, when dealing with such a huge quantity of records, it may be possible, that a defect is overseen. A reasonable claim or return of a record due to false condition declaration is, of course, eligible for a full refund of your bid on that item within 14 days after arrival. Please understand that we cannot give refunds on shipping fees as this is an already concluded service.

Many records are listed with a minimum bid (MB), so that also less experienced collectors are provided with a more realistic estimate of a potential value for their consideration of a potential bidding amount. This minimum bid is to be considered as the starting bid amount. If won, the final bidding amount is then equal to the amount to be paid for an item. With the expection of shipping, no other additional fees are imposed by us.

Please do always double-check your item bids. Unfortunately we cannot give any refunds for „wrong bids“. Therefore, please always name both item number and title. At the same time we have our updated fixed price list online at www.allotria.de and added approx. 1000 new records. Therefore you can purchase records from that list too while the auction is running.
Attention: A detailled naming of both item number and title is essential to avoid misunderstandings. Please keep a strict seperation between auction and fixed-price items. Fixed-price records can be held back for up to two weeks after auction close, so that you can benefit from combined shipping.

Once again, let the games begin, wishing you a joyous Easter time while reading and studying.

Our service – Partial record previews

Or would you just like to know, if it meets your musical taste? Give us a call. We can play you excerpts of the selected record over the phone. Please keep your selection down to important” records, as many other bidders may take advantage of our service as well. Please also notice that this service may be inavailable during the last few days before auction close. Therefore, call us as soon as possible.

Bold item numbers are normally represented by a label photo in this catalogue.

Please let us know if you DO NOT wish to take part in our auction, but are still interested in our stock of records. We will update our fixed-price list in the near future. Further, if you would like to participate in our next auction although you did not find anything this time, please inform us so that we keep your name as a recipient for future announcements. After two times of catalogue delivery without any note of yours, we will automatically stop our free catalog delivery. Your help is necessary.

full mailing address and landline phone number (US cell phones also accepted) so that your items will reach you. Bids placed by e-mail or phone are only accepted from collectors who are known to and/or verified by us. With bids by e-mail or fax you will receive a notice of receipt. ATTENTION: In case you do not hear back from us, please get in touch with us before auction close. It may be possible, that your bids did not get through!

Only bid amounts that you are willing to actually pay. Your bid is legally binding; only bid if you are committed to buy. By placing a bid you accept our legal terms and conditions. Please keep your bids separate for each record, unless it is a listed lot. Your bid amount is the final amount; this means if you place a bid for 20 EUR and you are the highest bidder, then you will receive your item for 20 EUR. Please understand, that we cannot provide information about bidding activities to maintain equal opportunities.

We charge no additional fees such as sales tax or premium, only shipping/handling. Custom import fees, charged by your country (if outside the EU) may apply and are not a responsibility of ours. The minimum bidding increment is 0.50 EUR; cent bids cannot be accepted. The item will normally go to the highest bidder, trade or pre-sale reserved. Equal bids are graded by their arrival time. Please understand that we can only inform successful bidders after auction close.

Minimum Bid
The initial bid (minimum bid) for each of our records is 5.00 EUR, unless otherwise
written beside an item (e.g. MB 20,00). The highest bid will be rewarded. As usual, reasonable trade offers are also accepted. Multiple block bids are not accepted (e.g. 40 EUR for record 1, 6 and 9 together). Bids such as "3 EUR over any highest bid" or “15 EUR on record 4 only if I win record 12” are also not accepted and will be ignored.

Auction close
The auction close
date is the final day for bidding. Bids placed after this date cannot be accepted. Date of postmark counts. Analysis starts instantly, but as we start packing at the same time, first invoices will be likely received not earlier than 10 days after auction close. YOUR BENEFIT: We ship immediately after payment has been received without further delay.

Shipping
Items will be shipped after we have received full payment. Shipping within Germany DHL 7.00 EUR - if your package should weigh more than 5 kg (approx. 11 lbs.), we will pay the difference for you! We only ship insured, shipping fees outside Germany are calculated individually. Personal pickup is always free at no additional charge. Please mention with your bids if you would like to pick up your records. Combined pickups are also possible.

Already PAYED records may also be held back for up to three months in order to make a pickup possible.

With higher bids we also offer the possibility to pay
by installments. To make such arrangements it is necessary to contact us BEFORE you bid in order to arrange modalities. First installment is due for payment one month after auction close and will expire if further payments, arrangements and conditions are not kept.
